TrailBlazer SS is the high-performance SUV that goes from zero to 60 in under 6.0 seconds(1). USA TODAY calls it a "full-bore sporting machine that happens to be an SUV." SS features a 395-horsepower, Corvette-based 6.0L LS2 V8 engine, an SS-specific ZQ8 Sport suspension, 20-inch aluminum wheels(2) and available all-wheel drive. TrailBlazer with a standard Vortec 4.2L I-6 engine provides unsurpassed standard horsepower in its class(3). Every model has the StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System, OnStar 7.0 with a one-year Safe & Sound Plan(4) and a Tire Pressure Monitor system. Entertainment options include a rear DVD system, XM Satellite Radio(5) and an Integrated Navigation Radio (select models) (6). A Vortec 5.3L V8 engine with Active Fuel Management(TM) technology is available.
